I received fantastic service when I brought in my Honda HRV! Jacob and Jesse were extremely professional and welcoming at the front desk. Stephen was very thorough in looking over my vehicle and making sure everything was being addressed properly. Highly recommend!!

My experience was excellent. Gary Bailey was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and fast-acting. I was in a bind where my car wouldn’t start, had it jumped, Autozone diagnosed my issue as a bad starter and I was able to book an appointment online on Saturday night for 8:30am Sunday morning. I had to travel out of state the following afternoon and Gary did what he could to make sure I was able to have my car back by the time I needed it. Amazing. He also figured out the problem was actually my battery (despite Autozone stating that was good) which was a much less expensive repair than a starter would have been. Gary turned an inconvenient stressful experience into a situation where I felt heard, valued, and informed from the first point of contact onward. He has remarkable empathy and genuine people skills. The place has good vibes all around. Highly recommend.

Robert and everyone at Neo Automotive made the whole ugly experience I was dealing with a whole lot easier to deal with. I couldn’t believe how incredible this wonderful place is. I stopped by just to see if I needed to set an appointment. Without hesitation they graciously took care of my issue right there on the spot. The Amazing team from Jacob to Stephen & truly everyone present which I never received such incredible service instantly without setting an appointment nor charging me on my Bentley GT to reprogram it & put air in my tires which they didn’t need to do without asking. They just did everything in less than 10 minutes without taking a penny even though I offered & felt bad. I have 5 luxury cars & wouldn’t hesitate for a second not service them there‼️THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH‼️❤️🙏🏻❤️

Justin and his team are the best mechanics and they really go out of their way to ensure everything is done correctly. My last repair job on Bettina the Saab required the removal of the engine in order to run new hoses from some leaking engine coolant lines. Bettina's been running great since then-until I just discovered that I need a new starter. This reminded me that I never left a review for the last repair, so I'm doing so now. Justin and crew are just a great bunch of people to deal with and it's always been a positive experience. I trust their work and their opinions, so try them out if you're having any mechanical issues; I think you'll be glad you did!

I took my fear 124 spider for the first time they were sable to fix a few months issue that I have with my driving window they're not even the dealer will say what to fix. Just 10 minutes they found the issue and what I needed to be done, just show me the issues step by step what it was wrong, ungrateful to them this will be my home place now to take my car to them thank you Neo team.. On a observation of their shop he was so well maintained and every station so clean keep up the good worker Neo team..

An extraordinary service oriented shop. The staff is great. I get an appointment almost immediately. Stopped by this Saturday with concerns about the fuel tank in my KIA. Jeff Luff was extremely helpful in getting a quick diagnosis. It feels like a concierge service shop. You feel you know them all and trust their experience and expertise with many vehicle models.

I had a great experience at Neo automotive. They took care of my 2011 ford focus when my A/C was not working. They have great pricing and they did a very in depth inspection. Robert and Jeff were great to work with and I will definitely be bringing my car back.

This past Sunday I caught a screw logged in my tire while out running errands. I managed to make it safely home but panicked as to what to do. As a single mom I rely on my vehicle to work and take my son to school. After calling around I got a hold of Jeff at Neo Automotive. Not only were they open, but Jeff had my car towed to his shop from my home and sent an Uber to pick me up when it was ready FREE OF CHARGE!!! $35 for the patch and not even 30 minutes later I was back on the road. When I arrived to pick up my car, his staff was very friendly and assured me that it was good to go. The owner, Jeff, was also very friendly. Equally amazing that they were in the process of assisting another driver to fix her car and planned to stay past closing to get her back on the road as soon as possible. It's so nice to know there are still good, honorable people in this world. I highly recommend Neo Automotive if you're ever in a pinch or in need of general auto repairs. They've got my business for life!
